Facebook group for selling and buying
Hey peeps. I've noticed recently that there aren't any Facebook groups for the southern area of the UK, so I started one. Private adverts only, nobody wants dodgey raybans. Linky: https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=353780921438891

Saturday 25 October - Foamy is another year older, Loomies and Ace?
Hey there peeps!, That time of year is nearly here when I can celebrate another year of surviving!, and since Loomies is close down shortly after I feel it'd be rather nice to go visit them one final time before they cease trading for good. Also, there's a rat bike review at Ace cafe, and I've never been to the ace cafe before so why not do that aswell! Anyone interested in a rideout? Loomies to ace and stuff
-
Down South?
Well that was certainly an adventure, ran out of oil (and found a leaky rocker cover) and a leaking clutch cylinder that meant most of my ride back was without a clutch

My YOC buddies, please sign this

Priceless
During my younger days in newbury when I was rolling with the Newbury Ped Crew we used to play Urban Van Graffiti. Basically it involved filtering through traffic and drawing pictures or slogans on dirty white vans before the lights changed, points awarded for creativity. After a few weeks I did notice that all the vans started to look cleaner...

Get a Job Young Man !
Internet porn is fun, if I went to a strip joint and asked to see two clowns eifel tower a Taiwanese ladyboy they'd think I was weird, but now I can dsee it from the comfort of my laptop screen

latest toy!
clutch cylinder seals are now in, so its now back on the road ^.^ Also i bought another FJ in exactly the same colours which was previously a Cat C writeoff, my plan is to use the nose fairing, belly pan and engine bars from the donor bike and sell the rest on as spares.

I want a garden like that! Then I'd probably end up filling it with DT50 parts, jap cars and various other junk I take a liking to

Not bad for $100!

FJ1200 3CV changed front pads - now brakes like shit
Pulsing through the brake lever when braking would indicate warped discs, you could also mount them on a rotating holder such as a lathe chuck and run a DTI across them to check deflection.
-
FJ1200, niggley little problems.
It came fitted to the bike already so installing it isn't the worry, I'm using turbine oil instead of their own brand as it stays more stable throughout the temperature range and it's just what we had left over. It was more the fact of how much should it be lubricating and how often? I'll have to get the fairings off anyway to change the tank but will definately look in to packing the gaps (Giggity)
