  3. Ive been on racetech website and they have a spring rate calculator so ive found that i need a 9.0kg/mm spring. Dont suppose anyone on here has one for sale
  4. Im 15 stoneish +leathers n lid and ive got the standard spring on the back of my R1 which ive read is 8.0kg/mm. What spring rate is more suitable for my weight as im thinking of getting it sorted Thanks

  6. On standard, it drops quite a lot at the rear, im on dunlop 208 rr, 35psi front and 38psi rear. The bike is standard ride height

Passed my theory and cbt and ive got my test booked for the 5th december. Im going have an R1, sod it lol.
  10. How much are we talking for a professional set up
  11. Sod it, i might just go get an R1. Been doing some research and i can insure one for as much as a GSXR 750 so might as well come in at the top lol. Although my old mate has one and he says they are a bit sloppy on the suspension for him and he weighs in at 14 stone and im 15
  12. I am confident but ive been trying to hold myself back for my own safety. I rode a CBR 600f a while ago and found it to be too slow but i also rode a GSXR750 but the old square shape and that was quick enough to put a smile on my face. So im figuring that a 2000 R6 or maybe a 2000 GSXR750 will do me for a while
  13. As title please
  14. Oh, ive been browsing on pistonheads and the auto trader and they seem a bit dear. Ill have to keep my eye on them then
  15. Only because they are a little overpriced but that could also bring a good aftersales i suppose. Im tight see lol
