man i just got one of these too for my girlfriend. the only weird thing on it is the previous owner put a straight seat on instead of the normal seat. where did you get the seat on yours? its nice and would be alot better.

I just got a 75 yamaha xs500b and would like to know if there are any places i can get aftermarket seats for it? I like more of a curvy seat instead of the straight one that came on it. also has anyone put saddle bags on their xs? i would like to be able to carry things with me. Thanks in advance
