    lights everytime 4 me...see and be seen. I also agree with training full stop, never mind "refresher" training. All drivers should have to take a CBT...then they might just have an insight! absolutely amazing how many idiots there are mindlessly driving about. More control on foreign drivers and their licenses too! Phew...im off the soap box now
