    Came off

sorry to hear you came off, those fairings are not cheap not that any are,how bad is the damage? is it beyond repair.hope it doesnt cost you to much. check out e bay for someone breaking one, saw one not to long ago for £70,yamaha want about £100 for fairing and £100 for stickers according to some lad who did the same as you on the yzf r125 forum.
  2. steve if your not wanting a used one of e bay or the like and want a new one try WEMOTO heres the link http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/Yamaha/XJ_600/84-90/picture/Regulator_Rectifier/ a few bikes share the same reg/rec but all about the same price.
  3. you could lose it on yours. its not a fast bike only 120 tops i would still be in 4th if i keep this triumph i think i will end up with a few more points.
  4. until 2 weeks ago my dream bike was an MV AGUSTA but went out with some folk i know and one of there mates turned up who i had not met before riding a DUCATI 955 corsa, wow what a bike only 50 ever made, every where we went there was a crowd round it even the guys from ducati manchester were impressed.

  7. getting paranoid reading about all these rules and regulations that europe keep coming up with in relation to motorcycles some one seems to have it in for us. the sooner somebody does something about all those arseholes driving about on four wheels with there mobiles clamped to there ears not paying attention twice this week i have had a lucky escape should be a 3 month ban then they might learn.
  8. well Ttask that would make one cool horn brian blessed bellowing GORDONS ALIVE nobody could not hear that.
  9. oh kev with jason on this, what a statement hope you dont learn the hard way tempting fate. last year i said i had never had a puncture. since then i have had five.

    YEEEHAWWWWW!!!

well done lisa and good luck with your new job. thats one less tax dodger.
  14. with you on this gas i have no sympathy what so ever for the guy,i am sick to death of these thieving bastards and the attitude of the law to them, this policy of not pursueing stolen motorcycles was highlighted in manchester a few weeks ago when an R1 a CBR600 and a CBR1000RR were stolen from a dealership the police were called but were ordred not to pursue because the thieves were not wearing helmets WHAT! the chief superintendent pointed out that the guidelines from the ACPO stopped them pursuing them as there was a danger to the riders lives and it was also covered in the european human rights act. its all a joke when you cant defend your own property for fear of being charged with assault the police wont chase them for fear they may get hurt. so for anybody wanting to nick a bike DONT WEAR A HELMET you will be okay they will not chase you and i cant give you a whack with my baseball bat to stop you. or maybe i will

  21. graham have they also still got that unmarked hayabusa they were using to catch out bikers? last time i was there he would also come in to the carpark and talk to a few of the bikers seemed a nice bloke but no holds barred on the road.
  22. started of in 1962 with a BSA bantam then on to a franny barnet 175 then passed my test an got a bonnieville then in 1965 got a second bike a royal enfield continental gt a beautiful looking bike with a fibreglass tank a cafe racer style wrote it off when i had a front tyre blow at 90 and ended up in a field broken collar bone and pride dented. carried on with the bonnie till the japanese invasion and had loads of bikes from the dt400,susuki 380GT but mostly yamahas to many to remember but the last two yamahas were my baby dragstar and my old fz 600 which i still have and now a triumph TT600 to soon to comment on it but it drinks petrol 30mpg the way i ride it.
