  1. Can't help you with the sizes, but launching the cap into the air was exactly the same way trick I did. Another way to get at those caps is to use a 2 prong gear puller gear puller attach to the top tree, push the cap down and there you have a extra set of hands getting that circlip out. Jay
  2. Bought the bike at a swap meet titled and safety. The mechanic must have been blind because the swingarm, chain and sprockets would not have passed safety. I haven't worked on this type of bike before so I am unfamiliar with the set up. Reading the manual it talks about a thrust bearing that is used to take up the space to get the right clearance on the swingarm and it looks like the people we bought it from has welded it to the frame. I'm not sure if this is the case or if the welds are factory. Has anyone come across this? Thanks Jay
