its not the one for the EXUP valve , this one primes your throttle bodies but im guessing its gonna be hard to distinguish

chatin to someone today he says when you first turn the key you here a servo turning. does it sond normal because it controls the amount of fuel sent to the injectors, he thinks if its got damp\mucky it might cause problem!

it worked for me, the only other thing that caused me a worry was it ran a little uneven before i serviced it last spring . i ran it through winter and you shouldave seen the state of the air filter!! mines an 06 and runs about 1500rpm on choke and around 1100 normal ,weather hasnt seemed to alter it much,im running a pc111 (standard can and velocity stacs from an 06 r1) if any thing it runs crisper when its cold whether

as far as i know the 07 fz1 runs a 5vy motor (04-06 r1) with different cams and a hevier crank ive bought an 06 r1 engine and im reserching how to go on. ive been told they have a higher inlet lift but if i run it i will have to switch exhaust cam because the cam sensor lobe is in a different position. this guy was drag racing and had swiched heads he said it made gains too high up the revs for him. you apparantly gain some low end power if you tie back or remoove the butterflies at the top of the throttle bodies. ivans do smaler replacements. i've been looking at replacing electrics with the r1 engine if i can do it but its still giving me a head ache ivans also do a feuel cut off eliminator which gives hp gains accross the range (an electronic thingi) hope this might help chris
