  1. Hi all. The front forks look knackered. The chrome is quite badly chipped and I can't get a good oil seal. Are they repairable, replaceable, or can I fit some new ones? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
  2. Hi Adam, Thanks for your reply. Do you still have the carb available? I would happily pay you for it. I'm also looking for a pair of front forks. Originals possibly or any others that might fit. Do you have any advice? Thanks again Chris.
  3. Thanks, I'll send him an e-mail you never know. The rest of the bike restoration is going great. My son can't wait.
  4. Whilst cleaning my carb I managed to snap off the overflow pipe from inside the float chamber (oops) can I replace this? Please help.
  5. I've recently purchased a 1981 DT100. It's in very good nic and runs after being stored and not started for 10 years. I am stripping the bike down completely but the crankcase bolts (fitted with the cross head phillips type) are completely rusted on the head and although successfuly removed they are unusable. Can I get a replacement set from anywhere and do they have to be the cross head type? Can I use a hex bolt? any advise would br great. Also the bolts holding the exhaust to the outlet on the cylinder head are knackered. How easy is it to replace these? Thanks Chris.
