I bought one same colour as your in Aug 08 and its well on the way to being as good as the day it came out of the shop. I cant belive the amount of money it has cost but i am sure it will be worth it. I had one when i was 17 and just had to have the day i saw it on e bay. What is strange is that i picked it up from Bedford and brought it back to where it came from in Poole Dorset.In fact all the MOTs i have for it are from just up the road from where i live.

You have done a great job. I hope mine turns out half as good as yours. Mines still in bits and i am still getting the parts togeather.

Fantastic job you have done. I have just got a 1980 250e yellow and black and plan to restore it. What were the major problems and hardest parts to find. Mine is working and has a MOT still. Both numbers match as well.
