    Yes master
  5. Total respect to all who got involved in this, I was going the other way in the cage with the R6 minus the fairing on the trailer behind, saw you all go past while I waited in the que to go up the M66 If it hadn't been for the shot clutch I would have been with you!

D & D cans are amazing, I have one on mine and it sounds awsome and with the right Jet kit adds power and lets the motor spin up even quicker than usual. I got mine off ebay but this the web page of the manufacturers in the US http://www.danddexhaust.com/catalog/2005/07/99612c.htm I have a Carbon Can Co end can if you are interested, looks good and sounds good for a road legal can
  7. Hi all I'm going to be on track at Oulton on the 24th of the month and I was just wondering if anyone else from here will be there?

I took some time out with the wife in early 2006 we basically tavelled east until we got back to the UK. we spent a month travelling around Oz and had an amazing time, starting in Melbourne we went west to Adelaide then up through the middle to Alice springs and the ROck then further up into the northern territories, we then swung east to the coast and trunddled down to Sydney. It all depends on the type of people going and what they want to get from the experience. If they are young and want to have a great time and meet people more than see the country stick to the Gold/east coast from Sydney to Cairnes, if they are more into the culture/scenery side of things they need to see the outback and northern territories. P.S. ignore Yoda it's very easy to get back into learning and travelling should be encouraged

An R6 of that vintage without a good engine won't be worth much more than £800/£1000. As previously stated it's much better to spend out on your engine and know where you are than spend as much on an unknown quantity
  10. Nothing wrong with the North at all, been here for a while now and doesn't look like I'll be going South any time soon! I'll keep an eye out for the bike next time I'm at the barn
  11. I have a 2000 R6 with full race fairings and lights at the back end, give me a shout if you want some pics/advice on a conversion

Hi all Just found this forum so I thought I should introduce myself. Male 33, been riding since last Nov on a carb R6 that I have modified quite a bit. Been to Oulton park twice this year and going back on tues 24th of this month, also ragged it round Cadwell the weekend before last. Always up for an excuse to ride instead of work
  13. Hi all I'm in south manchester, got a carb R6, passed my test last Nov and done 2 days at Oulton and 1 at Cadwell so far this year. Been to Rivvy a couple of times with a mate on his Kwak7R but always up for a blast Oh and I was in Heywood today picking the bike up from having an uprated clutch fitted!
