Yeah but in my case this goes 100km/h no matter what kind of hill there is (if any). My friend has that kind of shield and it gives approximately +5km/h

I wonder is it different here in EU. I can get it to 100km/h and speed just magically stops. I got 150 bbr kit 26 keihin carb + other goodies and top speed/acceleration didn't change at all.
