Thanks for advice but had forks in a vice and had a big bar on end of allen key for extra leverage, then even tried using an impact driver to undo the bolts but they still wont move. Chris

Hi anybody got any advice on changing fork seals on a dtr 125 ive got the forks off and drained them, got the springs out etc but im having trouble getting the allen key bolts in the bottom end of the forks to move. Is there anyway to get the seals out without having to remove these bolts or do i have to seperate the forks compleatly. Cheers Chris

Hi yes that sounds as if it could be my powervale sticking open, have you got any advice on where the valve is and how to free it off so it works properly. Thanks

Hi all, can anybody help iv got a dtr 125 2000 year, when i set off it it seems very sluggish as though its going to cut out, but as soon as it gets moving the power seems to come back. Also if i keep the revs high it seems to keep its power. somebody told me it could be my power valve sticking but im not sure what that is or where to find it. Cheers
