I thought exactly the same in Asda the other day, no one looks where theyre walking when shopping!

If a dog was dangerous then a rescue home wouldnt put it up for adoption? Just ask the right questions and find out as much as you can about its history rather than jump in blind as you fell in love with its looks.

Thanks, the sheepdog is our second now and both have been fantastic. Theyre really loyal, will follow you everywhere, he is also a really good look out dog and can be quite noisey if he doesnt like the look of something outside. (He lives on a farm) They are very laid back dogs though, i cant think of anything negative about them to be honest.

Another important thing to bare in mind when buying a puppy from a breeder is to make sure you see the parents! The Akita reminds of the Norweigan Elkhound, thats a breed id love to have.

We have two at the moment, a Siberian Husky and an Old English sheepdog. The husky is good as gold, i wouldnt say high maintenance but then again she is 8 this year. The old english on the other hand.. lol hes only 2 mind, bundles of energy =) Id recomend both breeds, both brilliant dogs.

I thought you were getting a bandit?
  12. Id say learn to ride without it as you may start to rely on it and if you were to buy a bike in the future without abs it might catch you out. With that said i have ridden a bike with abs and i wasnt pushing the brakes hard enough for it to engage anyway and that was on a track. If its not much different in price then go for it.
  13. Id have them on a seperate switch so if you come across a dark unlit country lane with no other vehicles you could have them on with the full beam too.

They wouldnt be great on a motorway as they arnt very aero dynamic so youll feel higher speeds a lot more and youll feel uncomfortable as youre chest is just being blasted with wind.

Very nice. Were all the parts straight from the later dtx? Looks a tidy job.

Good luck with it, what route are you going down for it? Nice graphics =)

From what iv heard they are good bikes, reliable and comfy for a supermoto but arnt overly powerful and i cant imagine being great on a motorway as its a supermoto (i never enjoyed motorways on my sm) Would be ideal as a city commuter bike.
  19. ...sorry. Touratech do some but they cost an arm and a leg. Best bet would be to google 'motorcycle auxilary lights' and see what you fancy.
  20. Depending what bike you have add some auxilary spot lights like you see on big adventure bikes?
  21. If it was the relay all your other lights would still work, it could be the indicator relay but that is what controls the flash rate of the indicators but if the dash light is still flashing then id say its fine. Check the fuse for the indicators, im guessing it may be that.

This bike is one i know of with a dtx pair of forks slotted in, would be the same for the re. It seems a lot of hassle for what its worth though if im honest, why not fit avon distanzias if you want road tyres? Or is it just for looks?
  23. Ryan09 replied to Keiran95's post in a topic in Yamaha Workshop
Iv also heard of people buying a whole dtx front end, forks, brakes, wheel etc and slotting them straight into the original yokes, the back will fit straight in. I dont understand what you mean by not wide enough? The dtx ones are the same width as the re ones and have supermoto wheels. For the tdr wheels to fit (if you like the solid look and not spokes) you will probably need some spacers, its been a while since iv looked so cant quite remember but i know its been done a lot. Google it?

Iv never heard this one before? I know tdr 125 wheels fit straight on though.
  25. Haha exactly the same thing happend with me and my r6, i managed to knock £500 off his asking price, must of been because christmas was coming up as you say.
