    Hey all, just picked up a 1975 dt100 for cheap off craigslist, not running. The wiring harness has seen better days. I am trying to figure out exactly how the points ignition system works, and according to the wiring diagram, i should be able to put a jumper from the black wire coming from the condenser directly to the input on the coil and make a spark. This does not seem to be working. Does anyone have any tips? I've tested the magneto with my tongue, it's definitely giving off some voltage, i can check with a multimeter later... Anyway, would this be a sign of a bad coil? I tried a different coild from another bike, no spark either. Thanks for any help, -Ian
