Can anyone tell me how the bodywork of the R6 changed from the 99-2003 model to the 2004 model?

Basically i have seen a guy selling a seat cowl that fits a 1999-2003 model and im trying to find out if it would also fit a 2004 model??

I thought the R6 went from the 99-02 shape than changed to the 03-05 shape.

So 99-03 dont really make sense.

That's correct, if it's a 2003 non injected model, it's just a 2002 or pre that hadn't been registered. '03 '04 '05 all use the asme seat cowling.
