Hope to hear from you Jack up kits, would be surprised if they improved handling because the will change the geometry, They will however make it further from the seat to the road so you need to be tall enough for this to be not a problem.

Hope to hear from you forget the dyno jetting and just get the carbs balanced and maybe get a new set of emulsion tubes if your comsumption is in the 30's. I know a good man that does some lovely polished stainless steel dogbones(jack up's ) check your PM's m8. hth.
