Hi there

my 426 just died while riding in the bush yesterday. i rolled it down the hill and it started but wouldnt idle, when you pulled the clutch in, it would stop running.

you couldnt kick start it and there was no sign of firing when you did kick start it.

could it be CDI?

Stator? (my LED lighting kit eg tailight lights up when trying to start.)

Coil? (actually you couldnt see a spark, and you could kick start it and hold the plug and you would get zapped)

Can you use say a WR CDI on this bike to see if it works?

Sounds like CDI to me, but any info from people would be great
