Just installed Yamaha Passing lamps on my V Star 650. Followed directions to the T. When I turn on the key I get a weird humming (It's different than the fuel pump) that goes away after a few seconds. Bike seems fine, everything works. Any Suggestions?

    sounds like a relay. if it persists get it replaced as it will draw a lot of current and will blow your fuse
