Raking and extending forks/Chopper Kits???

Hi all, this is my first time on the forum. I have a XVS650 Dragstar/V-Star Custom and I wan tto rake out the front and extend the forks. I keep reading about these Choppper Kits like AME but they are way too expensive in the UK, somehow the international exchange rate fails to work.

My question is, does anyone know where I can find such a kit for around £1000?

Any advice would be great.
