I'm considering buying an old Yamaha off of a friend of mine, but neither he nor I know much about the bike. He thinks it is from the 70s and it is a 250cc 4-stroke bike. Hopefully someone can help identify this thing.

    I agree, it is an XS3602D from 1977. It is the economy model with wire wheels and drum brakes.
