Apart from the very obvious differences, Im looking to put footboards and toe-heel controls from a 1100 dragstar onto a xvs650 classic dragstar ( which only has pegs on at the moment ). Does anyone know if they are the same fixings or if they could be modified to fit?

They aren't the same AFAIK, and im not sire if they can be modified. Best thing would be to look at where they go on yours then go look at an 1100, see what the differences are. It may also depend on what year the 1100 is too.

thanks Goffy, I think ill ring Thundercity and ask the guys in there if it could be tweaked, if not ill keep looking
