Hey :rolleyes: I have an FJ1200D from 1992 witch has a lot off vibrations, I have found that the bolts tighten the lover fream pips was loss! The loss bolts has been renoved, but I need to find the tighten recomandation for adjusting off the Stopper damper abowe and under the chain??

I can see that you have done some re-building of your FJ12, it is very lovely.

I'm looking for the tighten instruction for the pos. 10 "Stopper damper"

Yes I have totaly re-built my FJ.

The Clymer manual states that these bolts have to be torqued to 48nm, but I would advise caution here. When I striped my frame I found that 3 of the 4 bolts you describe had sheared due to vibration, I had mine drilled and re-taped oversize.

Its very important to keep the carbs set up correctly (Balanced) as poorly balanced carbs will cause excessive vibes.
