Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me. I've got a 2006 fz6 and when i accelerate fairly hard from low revs there is a slight vibration from the engine. It's only until the revs have picked up to around 4000 but i'm not sure whether that's normal or if there may be a problem. Any advice would be much appreciated.

cheers

I'd balance the carbs, see if that helped - how many miles does the bike have on the clock?

Your trying to rev it from to low in the power band.

+1, as far as i know your engine is a de-tuned version of the R6, which means it does like to be revved up and used at the higher RPM range, usually the power comes in at about the half way up, if you really want to open it up try 6000-7000 revs and then give it some :D
