hi im thinking of putting a tail tidy on to my fzs 1000, are they easy to fit. :and if so where is the best place to purchase one, fanx

Just an idea but have you considered an undertray? Ermax or Powerbronze.

If not R&G do good tailtidies. Or there's Motrax but personally I'm not too keen on them as the quality certanly isn't as good as R&G etc. Depends on how much you want to spend tho cos R&G ain't cheap but you get what you pay for, 'eh.

forget the rest r&g are best! they reasoably easy to fit and look best by far,i have fitted loads in my time, do it properly with nice indicators and and if they led ones you will need new indicater relay to slow flash rate down, shout me if you need any help.
