Milady Doom is having difficulty coming to terms with the rear seating position of the XJR. It seems the footrests are higher than the Divvy 900 we owned previously and this is causing her considerable discomfort in the knees.

This is a cause of distress to both of us.

I wonder if there exists an extender for the footrests to lower them and set them further forward. Or a replacement footrest hanger. Or anybody out there who would feel confident to fabricate such an item or knows somebody who would.

Any suggestions eagerly received otherwise the whole new bike exercise has been a rather expensive waste of time.
