SAILORVET Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 Hello Everybody, Just joined today. I ride a 52 plate R1 but have a problem. I was going to go out for a ride today, but the bike wont start. The battery is fully charged but I have a fault code "11" on the dash which according to the Haynes manual is a camshaft sensor problem. yoda Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 Hello Sailor. Welcome and good luck. First thing to check is all of the wiring. Any loose joints, wear or even finding a disconnection, will help with this matter. It's doubtful the sensor has failed. Ask a Yami service agent what they think and how to test the sensor.
