Posted January 21, 200817 yr Hi, I've got a xj600s divvy and I wanted to try and get some of the blemishes and the odd white mark off the fairing. What would be a good thing to use to do this? I was thinking t-cut would do the trick but I'm unsure because its fairing and not metal so to spk. Any suggestions?
January 21, 200817 yr Try meguairs gold class scratch-x, meguairs gold class polish and clay then finish with their tech wax.... Takes sopme time to do but if you take you time with it brings up to an exellent shine!!!
January 22, 200817 yr anything else anyone could suggest using......? how do, clean down your bike with acrysol you can get from your local car paint suplier and then t-cut the devil,just done exactly that to a 1998 gskf 750 teapot :-).....turned out sweet as a nut. simon
