terry60 Posted January 19, 2008 Share Posted January 19, 2008 I just checked out some pictures of the XT250. Nice bike!!! Sold my XT225 this summer, and am looking to upgrade. The XT225 was a good bike, but it could have used a but more power. Was wondering if the new XT250 would have more balls and better suspension? Let me know how the bike drives when you get a chance. DirtBunni Posted February 7, 2008 Share Posted February 7, 2008 I got mine at the beginning of this year. Good beginner bike, pretty smooth on road and off. I wouldn't take it on the highway tho. I mostly got mine mostly b/c I am vertically challenged and the XT has a 31 inch seat height. Its been good to me so far, time will tell. The new XT is only a 5 gear as opposed to the 225 with the six gear, its a sacrafice I was willing to make. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
