Hi all, being on a bit of a budget i was woundering if i could cut my can open on the original weld pull the baffle out of it and neatly weld it back up, would I have to change things like jets at all?? does anyone know how the bike would go ??

Its just at the moment its so quite its sounds like a postie bike. & If anyone has any little tips on getting the bike running better i would love to hear them

If you've got someone who can weld it back up for you then I'd give it a go. Whilst it's open it might be worth trying to repack it with proper wadding and basically just remove anything that would slow down the gas flow. Running might change a bit but it wont be any less ridable.
