My 1998 FZS600 has developed a painfully annoying vibration that leaves my fingers and feet tingling like mad after 20 miles. This occurs whether the bike is being ridden or stationary and from 1000 to 10000 rpm. The bike tics over ok and pulls all the way to "let me off".

I've checked the valve clearances, balanced the carbs and even changed the engine, keeping the original carbs. Although the carbs were balanced is there anything that could be wrong with them that could cause this problem. the engine mountings seem fine. Help, its driving me mad and giving me vibration white finger!!!!

I think that it can only be the engine mountings. The vibration is being transmitted through them to you, so unless the engine has started to develop a balence problem then I would change the mountings.
