Posted October 17, 200717 yr I bought a R1 last year from the local Yamaha dealer and paid for Datatagging. I thought nothing more of it until I changed my insurance this year, I was asked to send of the Datatag details but it turned out the dealer hadn't registered the Datatag number as belonging to me. I rang Datatag to register the number and it turns out that the number is already registered and the dealer had put an incorrect number on the bike!! My question is, can the numbers be changed without ruining the bike or do I need to get solicitors involved in claiming the cost of the bike back?? Any help will be appreciated Matt
