xvirago Posted October 3, 2007 Share Posted October 3, 2007 My starter is new and works. For some reason it not coming in contact with the teeth in the engine to turn it over. Do I some how need to shim the starter or something to make it work. Please help, this motorcycle doesn't have the grinding problem. I need a virago expert.
