Hi all,

I have a 91' jap fzr 400 exup. it's great apart from the front brake does not work correctly. if you pump the handle the brake starts to work but once it has been used the handle goes all floppy again. there are no leaks. any body have any ideas on how to fix it?

Must be air in the system, or, getting into the system.

Can be that the pads are well worn initially, is there fluid in the cylinder??

The hoses may be bulging, maybe need replacing
