and also, is there a hole in front of it still?? and on the new 06 07 08 models of the r6, are you able to remove that short stem exhaust and put a full length one on, like a yoshimura?

That's an R1. Not sure of the year.

Are you a new rider or do you have riding experience? If you have none then cross off the R1 off your list.

theres no long exhausts that i know of, that defeats the object, but companys could manufacture one off, we have quill over here who can make custom jobbys,

you can get yoshi/akrap/micron cans for the r6 though

as for the bike in the pic like the geezer says its an r1, look like an early one, maybe 2000 ish, but it looks heavily modified anyhow

that is, as said, an 00/01 R1. Looks bog stock to me.

I think he means an air intake 'hole' in the front of the fairing.
