Help i have a R6 2001 with 23000 miles on the clock now. Have only had it a year. It has a Scorpion can but thats it. She has developed a noisy rattle but only at the first intial start up of the day. She starts fine but after 30 seconds this noise appears. It seems to be coming from the top end. and give it 40 seconds to a minute and it stops and never comes back until  she is very cold again. Help anyone any ideas

Bump

Could be that the valve shims need checking. Take it to a dealer to diagnose the fault correctly. It's so hard to give a correct answer when all you can go on is a top end rattle, as it could actually be coming from the side and travelling up.
