lesm Posted August 9, 2007 Share Posted August 9, 2007 having been sat a while I got the old bike out of the shed fresh fuel, batt and plugs. after a few days I discovered that the remote throttle stop screw was usless so I improvised with a small bolt, which holds it in the right place, however when I start it up it backfires then settles its self to a steady 1000rpm,s then for some reason revs its self to 3500rpm,s and sits there, the throttle linkage does not move so I'm at a loss as to why it does this. anyone got any ideas? les Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
