I just got a 2001 vstar 1100 classic. I didnt expect it to have the ghost flames. I do love them, however I noticed that they are NOT on the front fender. Does this seem right. They are on the tank and rear fender. I dont really trust what the dealer might tell me.

Sounds to me like the dealer has some damage to the front fender and changed it out. Most repair shops just buy new parts and replace them vise repainting it is cheaper. I would think if someone took the time to put ghost flames on there they more than likely did not forget to put them ont he front fender.
