Posted July 20, 200717 yr hi to you all . dose any one know the legal rules for carrying a 5foot fly rod on my xj900f i have just bought the bike and do a lot of fly fishing and would like to combine the two together . anyone else have a xj900f out there
February 29, 200816 yr lol, my dad used to have pole holders on his suzuki intruder. We would carry up to 8 foots saltwater rods without issue. idk about there tho... Goldwings gonna have to watchout, yamaha is gonna be the new tuna boat!
March 7, 200816 yr Hi, I've been thinking the same thing about fly rods & my xj900f. There must be some way of setting up a rod carrier, maybe like the rifle holster on western saddles. You know so it tucks under the leg an the rods face backwards. Fly fishing & biking, can't think of to many things better,
