Being new to this club, I hope I'm posting this in the right place.

The riding year has not been good to me thus far. My 87 Venture has developed some sort of issue with the clutch, and since I can't really afford to have it taken into the garage, I've been hammering away at it on my own for way too long now. In short, I'm getting desperate.

Grabbing and releasing the clutch handle seems to have no affect on the actual clutch. I've rebuilt the master cylinder up at the handlebar end, and the actuator down at the motor end. I've bled the line until my fingers are turning blue, with no fix yet. I've scanned the line from top to bottom, and can see no leaks at all. It takes very little pressure to move the clutch lever through it's entire range, and it never gets tight like I would expect if the pressure builds up as on a brake line.

I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but I'll be darned if I know what it is.

Does anyone else have any thoughts that might help me get back riding?
