Posted July 13, 200717 yr as we have lots of polish registered cars on our roads now, i think it is only fair that they pay the proper road tax and have safety checks like mot done on their cars. they don't pay congestion charges, parking fines and get away with almost everything that us brits cannot. so please click on the link and sign the petition to the PM Gordon Brown. please get friends and family to sign too http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/exciseduty/
