I HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT AN XS 400 HERITAGE AND THE FOOTPEGS ON BOTH SIDES SEEM LOOSE .THEY APPEAR TO BE RUBBER MOUNTED BUT THE SLEEVES SEEM TO BE TOO BIG FOR THE SHAFTS THAT THEY SIT ON . HAS A PREVIOUS OWNER MAYBE CHANGED THEM FROM ANOTHER YAMAHA ANY INFO MUCH APPRECIATED . I INTEND TO STRIP THE BIKE DOWN (NOT THE ENGINE ) MAINLY THE FRAME AND COSMETIC WORK FIRST
