Posted June 26, 200717 yr Hey Guys this is my 1st post. I'm restoring a XS850 Midnight Special. I was reading through some posts and see that people seem to think that the XS models can be problematic, can anyone tell me what goes wrong? I got my bike last week after it had be dry stored for 12months without being run, started on 1st kick!!! Was well chuffed! I've given it a clean and shes runs nice and smooth and am now looking for bits to restore her to her former glory. I'm on the look for a new fuel tank if you know of any going? Any hints/tips would be appriciated. Is this model at all rare? Cheers Mike
