Hello.

I need your opinion about the following problem.

When I start the bike with the choke on, it idles normally. But as soon as I pull the choke off, the revs begin to go up rapidly. This can be adjusted on the carb, but then the idling with the choke on is impossible and the bike occasionally stalls at traffic lights. I cleaned the carb recently, it wasn't dirty anyway. The spark plugs are covered in dry matt black fouling, indicating the fuel/air mixture is too rich.

What can be causing this? Any ideas are welcome.
