Last night I changed the plugs in my FZR 600. I tried to start it this morning and it wouldn't start. I killed the battery trying to start it so I hooked up my charger. I finally got it to start running but it only ran for a minute before it stalled. I could not restart it. The RPMs were very low when it was running. Usually (with choke on) it revs up after a few seconds. But it ran around 1K rpms for about 60 seconds. I had the bike out a couple weeks ago and it ran fine. I'm positive I have the wires in the right positions. I reseated them this morning but it didn't change anything. I have it on a float charger today and I'll try to start it tonight when I get home. Any ideas?

Just a thought but have you disturbed any vacumn pipe's and are any pipe's trapped

I set all gaps before I put them in to .028". I dunno if I disturbed any hoses. I'll check that this weekend.

Last night, I tried to start it again. I got it running but I could not give it any throttle without stalling. RPM's never crossed 1K.

Its running !!

I forgot my main fuel does not work. I have to have the valve set to reserve. I'm guess the main fuel straw is either clogged or there is a leak in it. I set it to reserve and it runs like a champ.
