Ran last summer fine. Failed to winterize. Have installed new plugs. Removed and confirmed fuel filter not blocked. Fuel pump is cycling. Is this a case for Carb removal and cleaning. How do you synch carbs afterwards? Anyone got a disassembly procedure? Sure would like some help on this. It can't be serious.
