thetwosixes Posted May 6, 2007 Share Posted May 6, 2007 Hi, TRX water pump great design (not) Haynes manual tells you watch out that the shim on the shaft does not fall into the engine! Ha! Ha! After levering hitting and generaly abusing said pump it finaly decided to pop the o-rings and shoot out of place, thus dropping said shim into the engine . (bu**er) Haynes manual does not say how to get shim back out of engine please someone help! wot know one out there has ever come across this problem? Oh well back to a more reliable Honda then! Bye!
