Posted May 4, 200717 yr I was just apprised by a fellow Road Star owner of a major recall by Yamaha on Road Stars 1999 -2003 years involving death to some operators due to trasmission seizure. Has anyone heard of this and had their bike recalled....and can tell me how to get my bike's serial number on a Yamaha recall datatbase.
