Posted April 21, 200718 yr Moderator Got a good start this morning…..was throwing a leg over the Beast right @ 4:20am. Nice & clear weatherwise…..ended up making good time as traffic was just shy of Non-existant. Here’s a nice view of Mt. Hood from the East side just @ the edge of the Warm Springs Indian Rez….. Musta got my wires crossed with my friend…..as he wasn’t home when I got there. I figured he was either @ work or up Skiing (lucky Bastid) , as the weather woulda been perfect for a day of Spring Skiing. So, I had to check out the view from the top of 4,000ft. Pilot Butte while I was here…… I then decided to set off for the Tumalo Reservoir area myself….. & What fun it is on this road! …. Thought this might be a prime opportunity to get some more recent pics of the Black Beast in it’s element….. But fair warning here Pete......it involves that nasty stuff called DIRT All in all, a Great day for a Ride!
