Posted April 19, 200717 yr I'm looking at a YZ 490 that needs the kick starter gear replaced. Since I don't have a manual, I'll buy one if I buy the bike, can anyone advise how hard this will be to fix. I have pretty good mechanical skills but don't wnat to get in over my head.
