Posted March 10, 200717 yr i noticed my bike over heating. basically im losing water. but i dont have a leak! every time i rev the engine the coolant comes out the overflow of the expansion tank. i then eventually lost the top of the expansion tank. the thermostat is fine, so what could it be? i have flushed the system but it still persists the bike is an 1989 dtr125 any ideas? regards
